Remembering your True Self is more simple than you may think.
It is more about surrender and letting go than it is about 'grinding-it-out' or 'pushing-forward'. The only pre-requisite required is the sincere willingness for honest self-observation (humility). Once the truth has been observed you are given a clear opportunity; either continue living a lie or let go of the blockages that are preventing the true self from surfacing. When your True Self flows forward a profound and beautiful transformation occurs in all areas of your life.
